Terms and Conditions

Following an internal audit and management review of our returns policy, this new returns policy replaces all former documents and arrangements with immediate effect - such as stock cleanse arrangements and any other document that concerns the returning products to ROOTS.

Terms for returning products:

  • Products will be unused and in impeccable condition (this also applies to the packing material, such as plastic bags and boxes), in pack quantities (= full boxes per size).
  • Products that are discontinued in the ROOTS product portfolio cannot be returned.
  • Reworked products (either by the customer or by ROOTS) cannot be returned.
  • Customized or any other form of custom made products cannot be returned.
  • Products that were bought as ‘action’ products cannot be returned.
  • Products, older than 6 months from the date of delivery cannot be returned. If a customer returns products within the first 3 months ROOTS will not charge an additional cost for returned products. If products are returned after 3 months up to a maximum of 6 months ROOTS will deduct 25% of the original buying price as restock costs.
  • Products are only credited if both parties mutually agree.
